Bathroom fitters in Rooksdown
Rooksdown grew up around the old Park Prewett hospital site in the 2000s, so its houses and flats are modern, well laid out and ready for a better-than-developer finish.
Homes in Rooksdown
Houses here are mostly 2000s and 2010s, with en-suites and family bathrooms that were specified to a budget: standard white suites, small tiles and plastic shower trays. The upgrade owners want is a quality one, with large-format tiles, a frameless screen, a proper vanity and matt black or brushed brass brassware, and the carpentry to match.
What people in Rooksdown ask us for
- Quality upgrades of developer bathrooms and en-suites
- Shower enclosures swapped for walk-in showers

Rooksdown: your questions
Is it worth replacing a bathroom that is only fifteen years old?
Often, yes. Developer bathrooms were built to a price, and the difference in tiling, fittings and finish is obvious the day the new one is done.
Do you work in the Rooksdown flats as well as houses?
Yes, subject to the management company’s working hours and access arrangements, which we sort out before we start.
