We offer a full virtual reality computer aided design service, however we need to know some details from you – which is why we ask you to visit the showroom as the starting point of the process. In the showroom we can discuss your requirements – styles, type of shower, wall coverings, budget etc. If you bring dimensions we can sometimes begin designing your new bathroom straightaway (if the showroom is not too busy).

Once we have a good idea of your requirements we can arrange for a designer to visit your home. Don’t worry; this will not be a high-pressure sales call! Our designer will simply take the necessary measurements, examine the existing plumbing and discuss any issues that arise from the survey. Armed with the necessary information we will produce a design(s) and separate quotations for the goods and the installation work.

We ask that you re-visit the showroom to go through these details. This means we can show you the virtual reality designs on screen, and look at the details that we haven’t previously discussed such as specific taps/tiles etc. At the end of this process we aim to have a comprehensive list and cost of the goods and items you would like, if this meets with your approval we can then book an installation date – you will then be only 6-8 weeks away from your dream bathroom!
